Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and as accurately as possible, we are sometimes unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us if the order has already shipped out.

Please allow 2-4 days for bracelet production and 4 weeks for acrylic pours production. *Acrylic pours take approximately 3 weeks for the paint to properly cure.*

Please allow a processing time of 2 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship. We do not ship Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order.

Due to COVID-19, all of the shipping carriers are experiencing delays. Orders shipping via Ground may take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered. Orders shipping via expedited methods arrive in about 1-5 business days (depending on the method selected). International Orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.

We do not recommend wearing your bracelets in water for long periods of time. Overtime, water and moisture can break down the stringing materials used to create your piece and cause it to break.

It is very important that you take the time to cleanse your jewelry before you wear it. There are many ways you can cleanse your jewelry! We recommend placing your jewelry outside under the sun or full moon for at least 4 hours, steadily hold your jewelry in the smoke of a burning Sage stick or Incense or laying your bracelet on a piece of Selenite or Quartz Crystal for at least 6 hours. Your bracelet(s) should be cleansed when it begins to feel heavy as well.

We do not offer custom designs and sizing at the time.

We do not recommend wearing too many bracelets at a time because it is a lot of energy you are absorbing and some crystals are not meant to be worn together and doing so can result in conflicting energy. If you feel that you can handle wearing multiple bracelets at a time, by all means follow your intuition and wear the bracelets emulates the energy you would like for that particular moment.

Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s). If you don't receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us.

We will begin accepting orders for custom 4x4 pours on Friday May 28th. Please email us your preferred colors and we will get back to you with a price estimate as these prices will not reflect the prices of acrylic pours we have already made.
